In 2011 we expanded our business to include a Plumbing, Heating and Renewable Energy Division. Our highly qualified engineers are able to undertake manytypes of Gas work, Solar PV installations, Solar Thermal installations, Ground and Air Source Heat Pumps. All undertaken in the Nottingham, Derby, Leicester,Chesterfield and throughout the rest of the East Midlands.
We take great pride in our forward thinking and our contemporary approach to the design and the construction of our projects. Whilst we can offer
leading technology as part of our service, we maintain tried and tested traditional building techniques in all our projects. All our labour is directly employed and our materials sourced locally, when the need arises for specialist contractors we have a base of regular proven companies whom we undertake regular business.
Here at Nottingham Developments Limited we carry full public and employer’s liability insurance for the entire peace of mind for our clients; and every one of our time-served, highly skilled, CSCS Health & Safety Certified, operatives are fully trained to City & Guilds and NVQ level 2 & 3. All of our operatives are CRB checked and are experienced in their particular trade areas with a total dedication assisting us in providing successful completions to our building projects of varying complexities and size, both to budget and on time.
We have in place, a programme of continued training and staff development to ensure that all our employees are fully conversant with new regulations applicable to their specific trade.
